Washcloth Easter Bunny

How cute is this idea?! I could put a little plastic Easter egg, filled with beans or something that'll make noise,(making sure that it's glued together so that he can't open it), in one of these bunnies for Boston. I think he might like that. :)

Ideas for DIY Father's Day Gifts

Coffee can treats: clean out a coffee can. spray it with primer. put baby's handprints all over. fill it with daddy's favorite treats (chex mix, cookies, etc.).

I think it would be cute to have a homemade card go along with it that reads this poem:

My hands were once so tiny.
I needed so much care.
Thank you so much, Daddy,
For always being there!

Father's Day Screen Printed Tee: I think this would be so cute for Boston to wear on Father's Day. This is from giverslog.com:
We used the fantastic tutorial for a DIY screen-printed Tshirt posted this spring in Tangled & True. Everything went exactly according to plans. I love when projects work out that way. Visit the original tutorial for the full details, but the process was simple. Trace a design onto freezer paper, use an exacto to cut out the parts that will be painted (saving the little “islands” that need to be put back in the center of letters or designs), iron your newly made stencil to the shirt, and then paint using a brayer. The stencil adhered well and came off easily while the paint was still wet, and we had no problem getting nice crisp lines

Oh How I Wish I Could Sew!

And be able to make my own versions of things, like this:

Or my cute blogging friend, Shawnee, made these:

I need to get a sewing machine and learn, because how cute are all of these?? The best part is they're all homemade for really cheap! LOVE it!

Cute Gift Idea

I love these natural beauty products from "That's So Cuegly!"

I was thinking that the scrub looked so cute in a fancied up jar. How cute would it be to put together a gift basket with that homemade scrub, some dollar nail polish, and some inexpensive flip flops? I think that would be a perfect, springy gift!

I also really want to try to make that lip gloss--yummy!

Thank-You Easter Basket

Noelle drove four hours just to take our pictures.
I thought it was so sweet of her, so I made her this little
basket with assorted Easter candies to say "thank you."
She is such a nice friend and I can't wait to see how
our pictures turned out!

Cute Birthday Report

For Boston's birthday,
send a report to close
family members about his
growth over the past year.
Add a recent photo and let the
birthday boy decorate it
with a drawing.
Can also be used an an invitation.

Mail Holder

(picture from junkmarketstyle.com)
One of the easiest ways to reuse an old wood shutter is to put it to use as a mail holder. Sand and paint the shutter to a color that compliments your room decor. Mount it on your wall, ensuring that the shutter slats are aimed up. You can label each slat for different kinds of mail or for the members of your family. Mail can be neatly tucked into the slats, helping your family to avoid the dreaded mail pile on the kitchen counter. (ehow.com)
